The lady at the reception was quite nice. The girl at the bar should review the basics. Rather cold welcome, no smile. Spends his time on his phone.
Don't forget that you work in a place intended for children.
In addition, the children have to take off their shoes, which is normal, but the parents are not obliged as we move around the play area. Not the best level of hygiene. Toilets to be deep cleaned.
The play area is great, but the staff is really bad. We came and spent over 80 euros.
My 4 year old daughter was thirsty, she went to fill her bottle at the toilet, but she went to the wrong door... the girl at reception scolded her as if she had stolen from the register. “It’s forbidden to enter here, you must know that, and you must not fill water, get out of here immediately”
my daughter was crying for more than 20 minutes... and the girl at reception did not regret her behavior...
you lost customers...we won't come back that's for sure...
there is a way of speaking to children... and what's more, you work in a children's play area....

Parking is easily accessible and free. We were well informed by telephone and the reception was good.
The price is affordable but more expensive would not be suitable. There is plenty of fun for the children but some structures are patched up with tape. There is a real lack of natural light, which is a shame but the big negative point is the toilets. No hand paper. They are dirty and smell bad. I really hated changing my little one there.
Adapted and diversified activities, even for children under 3 years old, but toilets are not very suitable because there is no changing table. The place resonates a lot.
